With 20+ years of experience, Tim has seen it and built it all. Born and raised in the Seattle area (Bainbridge Island), Tim likes helping people bring their PNW dreams to life. Having worked with designers, architects, and sub-contractors of all specialties and scopes, Tim enjoys working one on one with his clients to plan, manage, and be hands on to make sure their vision is realized.

1928 CRAFTSMAN BUNGALOW

Located in the Greenwood neighborhood of Seattle, this little gem is what we consider our first Hutchinson Homes project. Just months after getting married in 2014, we decided to give this gal a makeover. For the better part of a year, on every night and weekend, we slowly brought our 1,250 sq ft bungalow back to her craftsman roots. We love the home we have created and hope you will, too.

By day, Melody works as a marketing leader at one of those well known local tech companies. By night, she scours Redfin, design blogs, and schemes new house projects, of which Tim is always game. As a silent but steady business partner, Melody brings her 15+ years in marketing and tech to help the business run smoothly, add the special touches, and helps with design inspiration (as time allows).
